NASA'S SPACE ENGINEER VISITED GEORGIAN AVIATION UNIVERSITY

On June 12, Sean Fuller, NASA's space engineer, visited Georgian Aviation University. Mr. Fuller held a public lecture in which he reviewed the latest surveys related to the International Space Station and talked about his experience of the profession of a pilot and aerospace engineer. He also spoke to students about what skills they need to work in NASA.
At the end of the lecture, he answered students' questions, examined the scientific-material-technical base of the university and tested a flying simulator.
Georgian Aviation University is the winner of Millennium Challenge Fund-Georgia Professional Education Grant Competition. Within the framework of the grant project, in fall of 2017, the university will start receiving students on three renewed professional programs (helicopter pilot, aircraft and engine technician, aircraft avionics and electrical system technician).
